CNC Management Group, Inc. is a Premier Commercial and Residential Landscape and Hardscape Company established in South Florida for over 20years. We are currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and experienced fleet & equipment mechanic in Miami, FL. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining the entire fleet of equipment and vehicles, performing various duties around the CNC Onsite Shop.Job responsibilities to include:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and vehicles. This will include commercial mowers, 2-cycle equipment, heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers.Repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtimeMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performedCollaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and ensure safety standards are metKeep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all timesAssist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as neededRespond promptly to emergency repair requests to support continuous operationsJob requirements:A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the mechanical field servicing and repairing lawnmowers, 2-cycle power equipment, heavy equipment, trucks, and trailersAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGeneral knowledge of operating various landscaping equipment and vehiclesMust possess good character and attitude, and great communication skills to be able to communicate with field employees, office staff, and vendorsAbility to accomplish daily duties and meet deadlinesHigh school diploma, GED, or Vocational TechnicianMust possess reliable transportation to and from workPhysical requirements:Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds daily and may be required to lift up to 100 pounds on occasionPosition requires sitting, standing, walking, crawling, bending, climbing, twisting, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and reaching.Must be able to use hands to handle and feel objects and controlsJob Type: Full-time, 8 am – 5 pm, M – F, Occasional Saturdays requiredSalary: Based on Experience
