We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide on-site administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling general office tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Organize and maintain files (digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry and basic recordkeeping
- Support management with daily office operations
- Communicate with residents, vendors, or clients as needed
- Assist with correspondence, notices, and document preparation
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (email, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- On-site presence required
Compensation
- Paid as an independent contractor (1099)
- Compensation based on agreed hourly rate
Additional Information
This position is classified as an independent contractor role. The selected candidate will be responsible for their own taxes and will not receive employee benefits.
