Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller to join our team at CNB Bank & Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for opening all types of deposit accounts, processing customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Teller transactions efficiently and accurately
- Open New Accounts for customers and maintain accurate records
- Manage facility operations, including opening and closing facilities as needed
- Provide memorable customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-year related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Schedule:
The typical full-time schedule is 5 days per week, 37-40 hours, including Saturdays on a rotating basis.
