CMX Cinemas Hyde Park CineBistro is excited to announce we are looking to an Assistant Manager to join our winning team in providing the ULTIMATE movie going experience to our community!

About CMX CinéBistro Hyde Park
Located in Tampa, Florida, CMX CinéBistro Hyde Park provides a world-class dinner-and-a-movie experience, featuring chef-crafted American Bistro cuisine, signature cocktails and a large wine collection. The location features seven auditoriums, all offering full-service in-theater dining, oversized reclining seats, and cutting-edge digital technology.

Job Requirements:
- Management or supervisory experience in the theater, restaurant, retail, or hospitality, industries; high volume experience preferred
- People First mentality and hands-on leadership style
- Passion for and commitment to the theater/restaurant industry
- Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e., sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative)
- Ability to make decisions and take accountability for them, even when there isn't a clear precedent or direction
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directions and expectations to staff and management and have the sincere desire to build, coach, and develop successful teams
- Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
- Ability to positively impact the P&L through managing quality standards and cost controls
- Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software, scheduling software, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Interest in future Assistant General Manager or General Manager Positions and ability to relocate as needed for upward mobility strongly preferred.
