Central Motor Wheel of America, Inc. (CMWA), an automotive wheel manufacturer located in Paris, Kentucky, has an immediate opening for the following position due to growth and expansion of our business:
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the support and administration duties related to the company network and its users. This role will be involved in all technical aspects of maintaining IT operations, including systems and network tasks, and resolving helpdesk support requests. In addition, this position performs coordination and completion of projects within the Information Technology department. The IT Systems and Support Specialist builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved with the day-to-day use of the network. Participating in future project planning for the department as well as updating IT documentation and performing other general IT upkeep will also be required.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve IT systems and network issues.
- Maintain systems and perform updates and patches as required.
- Assist users with support issues and problems.
- Respond to incidents and prepare remediation plans as needed.
- Multi-tasking (projects, support issues, etc) is critical.
- Work with support vendors to address system issues.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
· Associate degree (Bachelors preferred) in Information Technology or related
· 4 years of practical experience.
· Windows Server, Intune, and Azure Experience
· Microsoft 365 User Management, Exchange Online Management
· Cisco and Aruba Switch Management
· SQL Database Experience
· EDI Experience is a bonus
· MES Experience is a bonus
Equipment Used:
Personal computers, printers, telephones, and other commonly used office accessories/equipment.
Environment and Conditions:
CMWA has an open floor plan office setting. Job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interactions with other staff members and customers. Occasional lifting of computers, servers, etc., will be required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.34 - $26.90 per hour
