We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager located in Broward County, FL.
Overview
Oversee public infrastructure projects—including vertical construction, transit centers, bus facilities, ADA compliance, and parks—from design to completion.

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a closely related field.
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Four (4) years of professional engineering and/or construction management experience.
- Valid Florida driver’s license required; LEED accreditation is often preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling programs, and building information modeling (BIM).
- Oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction administration.
- Conducts pre-bid meetings, issues notices to proceed, and manages consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitors project budgets, reviews invoices, and processes change orders.
- Ensures projects meet design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Prepares technical, management, and status reports for county officials.
- Interfaces with various departments, agencies, and stakeholders.
- $150k - $180k per year DOE
