About Your Role
CMTS is seeking a highly motivated Administrator to support capital improvement projects in Denver, CO. This role provides administrative and project support for large-scale infrastructure or aviation programs, ensuring efficient document control, communication coordination, and compliance with project and client requirements.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 years of administrative or project support experience, preferably in aviation, construction, or infrastructure programs
- Experience supporting large-scale capital improvement or airport projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of document control processes, records management, and reporting systems
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage technical documents, reports, and correspondence
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document tracking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project information
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred but not required)
- Experience in active airport environments
- Maintain and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed from project initiation through closeout
- Coordinate and track project communications between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for project leadership and client review
- Support scheduling efforts by maintaining logs, tracking deliverables, and updating project records
- Assist with onboarding project staff and maintaining project directories and contact lists
- Coordinate and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy) in accordance with project and client standards
- Support compliance with airport authority requirements, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Assist with invoice tracking, budget documentation, and administrative project controls
- Interface with stakeholders in active operational environments
- Uphold security and confidentiality of project documents and data
- Perform other duties as assigned
- $83,000 – $86,000 annually
