We are seeking ICC Certified Special Inspectors (B2 Commercial Building) to join our team in Centennial, CO. Since 1978, we've delivered comprehensive construction engineering management, consulting, inspections, and laboratory services across a wide range of industries. Compensation: $27-33/hour
Location: Centennial, CO
FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hours may vary

What you'll be doing:

• Perform inspections in accordance with ICC B2 certification standards

• Interpret and apply project specifications, applicable codes, and engineer requirements

• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Contractors, Engineers, and Technicians

• Read and interpret plans for relevant building elements

• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection reports and datasheets

• Perform concrete and soil density testing

• Climb ladders, scaffolding, and platforms (up to 100') as needed

• Sample and test construction materials such as grout, mortar, prisms, fireproofing, etc.

• Maintain vehicle and equipment per company policy

• Submit timecards and documentation daily

What you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• ICC B2 Commercial Building Inspector certification (required)

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and testing procedures

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 100 lbs), climbing, crouching, etc.

• Excellent written communication and recordkeeping skills

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the field

What will make you stand out:

• Recommendations from three Project Managers

• Experience with multiple ICC certifications (e.g., Masonry, Concrete, Structural Steel, Fireproofing)

• Hands-on leadership and technical inspection experience

• Less than 1% client complaint rate

• ICC B2 – Commercial Building
