What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Cycle Specialist Lead position at cmsu?
This is a remote home office position located in the USA.
The selected candidate will be required to live in Ohio.
- Execute on outreach programs through various means, such as phone, email, digital tools, and social media.
- Support Life Cycle Managers (LCM) in identifying IB targets' (based on BU provided data) to retain sockets and grow revenue.
- Support the Life Cycle Managers in improving the quality of the IB CRM data.
- Based on the guidance from Life Cycle Managers, forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up trade opportunities.
- Life Cycle Managers, prepare quotes for Upgrades and Purchasable Options and present the quotes to customers.
- Navigate customers through sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and for after-market follow up.
- Work closely with sales to elevate the perception of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner.
- Attend customer meetings and presentations as required.
- Provide mentor support to the Regional Life Cycle Specialist.
- Sales Support Tools and Technology: Familiarizing oneself with sales tools and technologies utilized by the team, such as CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or sales enablement software.
- Sales Documentation: Creating and maintaining sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, quotes, and sales reports. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the documentation and organizing them for easy retrieval.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with different internal departments, such as marketing, finance, or logistics, to ensure effective coordination and smooth workflow. Communicating relevant information or updates to the sales team and other stakeholders as required
- Supports Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists, providing guidance/training on tactical aspects of assignments, connecting them with appropriate resources, and navigating routine challenges in the execution of their work.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Entering and updating customer and sales-related data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other sales databases. This includes updating customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed.
