CMS Mortgage is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to serve as a true right-hand partner to our lead Loan Officer. This is not an entry-level support role. We are looking for someone who is deeply experienced, client-facing, and genuinely excited about being part of a high-performing, AI-forward mortgage operation.
You will be introduced to every client from day one as a core member of the team. You will own the pre-approval pipeline, manage ongoing client communication, follow up with warm leads, and help build and maintain our GHL CRM infrastructure. When our Loan Officer cannot be reached immediately, you are the calm, knowledgeable voice clients trust.
