Qualifications of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement, particularly with government officials, regulators, and education agencies
- Strong track record in fundraising, partnerships, and donor relations, including major gifts and corporate collaborations
- Experience managing complex, regulated programs with significant public accountability and multi-million-dollar budgets
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPA, JD, or related field); Bachelor’s degree required
