🎯 What You'll Be Doing
─────────────────────────
• Sourcing and closing large-scale commercial roofing projects through self-generation and relationship building
• Building long-term partnerships with GCs, property managers, building owners, and developers
• Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals through negotiation and close
• Developing and executing your own market strategy with leadership support
• Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities
• Collaborating internally for seamless project handoffs and exceptional client experience

✅ What We're Looking For
─────────────────────────
• Proven outside sales experience — commercial roofing or construction strongly preferred
• A true self-starter: you generate your own leads, manage your own time, and don't need hand-holding
• Exceptional communicator — confident and polished in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Sharp negotiator with experience navigating complex, high-value contracts
• Deep understanding of the commercial construction landscape
• Comfortable working independently and remotely in the field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred — but a proven track record speaks louder
