DESCRIPTION
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and direction on multiple large-scale or complex projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards. This position oversees the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through execution and close-out while mentoring Project Managers and Engineers, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting operational excellence throughout the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and oversee multiple large or high-risk projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, safety standards, and client expectations
· Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts, ensuring projects are executed within scope and budget
· Review and approve contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
· Collaborate with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams to drive clear communication and resolve issues
· Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability; provide regular financial reporting to leadership
· Oversee the development and delivery of submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
· Conduct Constructability Reviews and risk assessments during design and preconstruction phases
· Partner with Project Superintendents to balance manpower, schedule demands, and field resources
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards, including all required reporting and PPE adherence
· Maintain consistent communication and collaboration across all stakeholders
· Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff, including onboarding and performance management
· Engage in recruiting and selection efforts for the Operations department
· Support professional growth and development of team members through coaching and feedback
· Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and quality control
· Representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
· Travel to project sites as required
· Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction
- Experience supervising and developing teams of Project Managers and Engineers
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Adobe/Bluebeam, and Timberline or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff preferred
- In-depth knowledge of construction contract documentation, scheduling, and cost control
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA-30 certification (can be completed upon hire)
Pay: $90,000-$150,000
Expected Fill Date: Ongoing into 2026
