CMK Resources is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a top-tier partner supporting a large enterprise client. This role will lead a complex Microsoft 365 and Azure migration initiative and serve as the central point of coordination across multiple technical workstreams.
This is a highly visible role where you will act as a trusted advisor, driving execution, alignment, and delivery in a structured, enterprise environment with zero tolerance for disruption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase Microsoft 365 and Azure migration program
- Serve as the central voice across the program, ensuring alignment across all technical teams and stakeholders
- Manage planning and execution across all migration phases including remediation, POC, and structured migration waves
- Drive Proof of Concept validation including tooling validation, testing, and Go or No-Go decision support
- Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams including:
- Exchange and mail flow
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- Endpoint management and Intune
- Teams Voice
- Power Platform and Azure DevOps
- Azure subscription transition and rebuild
- Develop and manage detailed runbooks including cutover, rollback, coexistence, and validation strategies
- Establish and maintain project governance including executive reporting, RAID logs, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Lead cutover execution and post-migration hypercare activities
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints across identity, compliance, integrations, and voice systems
- Act as a liaison and trusted advisor, helping guide the client through the migration and aligning on overall vision
Qualifications:
- 8 years of technical project or program management experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise cloud or M365 migration programs
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex, structured environments
- Strong governance experience including RAID logs, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
- Exposure to collaboration platforms such as Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with identity and security concepts including Entra ID, RBAC, or Conditional Access is a plus
- Experience in regulated environments such as financial services is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
