We are searching for a Senior IT Technician who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and enjoys solving a wide range of technical challenges.
Role Description
This is a hands-on technical role supporting multiple client environments. You will serve as a key escalation point, work directly with clients, and play an important role in both support and project work.
As a senior member of a small team, you’ll take ownership of client environments, help guide junior technicians, and play a key role in how we deliver and continuously improve our services.
This is a role where you’ll know your clients by name, have direct input into how we operate, and benefit from the support of a national MSP network—without the bureaucracy of a large organization. What You’ll Do
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple client environments
• Support both Windows and Mac environments
• Administer and support Microsoft 365
• Set up and support networks, firewalls, switches, and connectivity
• Diagnose and resolve server-related issues
• Act as an escalation point for more complex technical challenges
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, helping elevate team performance and consistency
• Help define and improve processes, documentation, and service delivery standards as the organization grows
• Work directly with clients to provide clear updates, recommendations, and solutions
• Participate in onsite client visits as needed
What You Bring
Technical Skills
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments (MDM preferred but not required)
• Hands-on experience setting up and supporting networks (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience troubleshooting server and infrastructure issues
• Prior experience working in an MSP environment strongly preferred

• Strong communication skills—ability to explain technical issues in a clear, client-friendly way
• Ability to work independently and problem solve without constant direction
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing relationships

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
