We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance Assistant to support general maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, organization, and other basic property-related tasks.

- Cut grass and perform basic lawn care.
- Remove weeds, leaves, branches, trash, and debris.
- Clean and organize indoor and outdoor work areas.
- Assist with general property maintenance.
- Move tools, materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor cleanup.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Safely use basic hand tools, lawn equipment, and maintenance tools.
- Assist with other general labor duties as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, lawn care, cleaning, or property maintenance preferred.
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Must be dependable, punctual, responsible, and organized.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and landscaping tools is preferred.
