Basic Qualifications
DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR
DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE
PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS
Other Experience That Includes
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS
THE USE OF MICROSCOPES
HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS
KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC
MATERIALS
Preferred Skills
MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY
Physical Requirements
ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS
ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
