We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Weekend Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises during weekend hours. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and responding swiftly to incidents. Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including building interiors, exteriors, and perimeter fences to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and access control systems to oversee activity and detect suspicious behavior
- Manage access control by verifying identities, performing background checks where necessary, and authorizing entry for authorized personnel and visitors
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents using established emergency response procedures; provide first aid or CPR if needed
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other occurrences with clarity and accuracy
- Perform conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining safety
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
