The Dental Hygienist will play a vital role in promoting oral health and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.Your Essential ResponsibilitiesYou will provide high quality dental care that is culturally appropriate and prevention focusedYou will be responsible for evaluating patients for caries risk, periodontal pathology and for providing prophylactic and non-surgical periodontal treatmentYou will be providing preventive clinical and education services including oral hygiene instruction, topical fluoride and sealantsYou will be a leader, actively striving to improve patient and staff experienceExperienceProven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.Knowledge of dental terminology, medical coding, and documentation review processes is advantageous.Graduation from an accredited school of Dental HygienePossession of a current Colorado license as a registered dental hygienistPermit to administer local anestheticBasic computer skills required
