We are seeking a dynamic and experienced skilled construction personnel to Help oversee and coordinate Complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will help manage teams, interpret technical drawings, and utilize advanced construction management software to streamline operations. Duties
- Oversee construction teams, ensuring safety protocols and project specifications are strictly followed in accordance with federal construction safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist in coordination of construction schedules to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
- Assist in overseeing quality control measures, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications using tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing when necessary.
- Supervise construction site activities including safety compliance, progress monitoring, budget management, and resolving on-site issues promptly.
- Coordinate and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects with a strong background in commercial and residential.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction schematics accurately.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations including OSHA standards; certification preferred.
- Skilled in construction estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety inspections and use of tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing is highly desirable.
