Admirable Custom Home Improvements is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Home Improvement Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and custom improvement projects, delivering craftsmanship and customer service that homeowners can trust.
The ideal candidate has experience in remodeling, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, trim work, or general construction. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with clients, and works well independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential remodeling and home improvement work
- Complete projects including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and trim installation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow project timelines and quality standards
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement preferred
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Serving residential clients throughout St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Lincoln County, and Warren County
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
