We’re hiring a Manager of Systems Engineering & Project Management who’s a natural collaborator, a clear communicator, and a hands-on leader with a reputation for getting things done. You will spend approximately 60% of your time providing hands-on systems engineering and/or project management expertise for high-priority projects and 40% of your time managing a team of Systems Engineers and Project Managers. You should be as comfortable leading a big design review as you are writing a safety risk management plan or authoring system requirements. You’re great at seeing the forest through the trees and you are passionate about mentoring and developing engineering talent. Most of all, you should value openness, teamwork, and doing the right thing—even when it’s not the easiest path.
What You’ll Do
7 or more years of medical device regulatory and product development experience Bachelor’s in engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical, computer science or similar) Strong leadership, follow-through, and people skills Comfort switching between detail work and high-level planning Columbus-based and able to work hybrid with occasional travel (

- Generate and review deliverables like requirements, system architecture, risk assessments, regulatory strategies, or verification & validation protocols
