Role
This is a full-time field sales role and we’re looking for a competitive, coachable, and ambitious individual to sell telecom services directly to business owners.
This is a commission-based role. No cap, no fluff. Just real opportunity tied to real effort.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners
- Manage your territory and develop new accounts through proactive prospecting
- Build rapport with new and existing customers
- Retain and upsell existing business customers
- Educate customers on latest promotions and telecommunication solutions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation or own vehicle
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- No prior sales experience required
- Committed to professional development with intent to grow into team leadership
