HVAC Service Technician
Locations: Baton Rouge, LA
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance services
- Service RTUs, air handlers, VRV systems, and chilled water systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical components
- Interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics
- Maintain accurate service documentation through digital platforms
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and project teams
- Maintain tools, service equipment, and company vehicles
- Deliver professional customer service
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Qualifications
- 5–7 years commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Experience servicing large commercial equipment
- Ability to use digital service reporting systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
