Blinds & Shades Installer / Technician
Location: Boca Raton
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Blinds & Shades Installer / Technician to join our growing team. No prior experience installing blinds or shades is required—we provide hands-on training. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working with basic construction tools.
Responsibilities:
- Install custom blinds, shades, and window treatments at residential and commercial properties.
- Assist in the production area by cutting, assembling, and preparing blinds and shades for installation.
- Safely operate a company work van to and from job sites.
- Use drills, levels, measuring tools, and other basic hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and products.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding installations, scheduling, and job updates.
- Ensure installations are completed with high quality and leave work areas clean and organized.
- Work closely with the team to meet production and installation deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a work van.
- Basic experience using construction tools (drill, tape measure, level, etc.).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Previous installation, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
