Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/ systems
- Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
- Drive a van to transport tools and equipment to job sites
- Provide field service for HVAC system installations and repairs
- Perform equipment repairs and ensure proper functioning of all components
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience in HVAC installation and repair preferred
- Familiar with cooling towers, pumps and motors.
- Ability to drive a van and possess a valid driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
This position requires a high level of technical expertise in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a/c systems, property maintenance, and mechanical knowledge.
