CM3 Building Solutions (“CM3”) is currently searching for an energized, experienced Sales Executive to manage and expand our Central/Northern New Jersey Building Automation Solutions business. In this high profile role, you will grow our bundled services approach by deepening relationships with new and existing contractor clients, engineering firms and mechanical contractor relationships, to partner on their facilities and new construction projects.
- Successfully position CM3 to secure targeted projects in the territory through proven and effective sales strategies, while partnering to bundle solutions when appropriate.
- Develop technical proposals, estimates, and Sales presentations in coordination with operations, finance, marketing, and other inside and outside resources as needed to obtain the sale.
- Networking through professional organizations such as ASHRAE, AEE, or USGBC to build contacts and achieve sales targets.
- Assist consultant engineers with Sequence of Operations and Specification development for Building Automation Systems
- Develop and deploy account management strategies and prepare annual technology roadmap for current contractors, consultants, and prospective clients.
- Work through details and documentation to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations for all sold projects.
- Prepare accurate and thorough sales activity reports, forecast reports, and expense tracking.
- Assist with installation, collections, and other customer satisfaction issues.
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- 3 or more years experience in HVAC controls sales experience.
- Technical and financial expertise and experience to estimate and sell technical solutions and service product lines.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License in good standing.
