Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own and drive sales performance, including memberships, upsells, and conversions
- Hold the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coach team members on sales behaviors and execution, not just outcomes
- Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rate, ticket average, retention) and act quickly to improve
- Lead from the front, engage customers, and model the sales process daily
- Communicate company goals and expectations clearly to the team
- Recognize performance and coach opportunities in real time
- Investigate and resolve customer questions, problems, or complaints
- Ensure the growth of the business and stay committed to the company’s success
- Step in and lead the operation in the absence of the Store Manager
- Communicate with SSC on site needs, issues, and opportunities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment at all times
Experience:
Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire a full-time Sr. Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of two years of customer service management experience to operate a express tunnel car wash. The Senior Assistant Store Manager is essential to the structure of the car wash, ensuring the highest level of customer service satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who wants to find a long-term career and grow with the company. If you have a good attitude and a strong work ethic, this might be the job for you. Strong attention to detail and seeing things through to completion are a must.
Requirements:
- Goal-driven leader with strong, clear communication
- Minimum 2 years of management experience (service industry strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to develop teams, build relationships, and drive results through others
- Ability to own and drive performance, including memberships, upsells, and conversions
- Ability to hold the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ability to coach team members on sales behaviors and execution
- Ability to monitor key performance metrics and act quickly to improve

Job Type: Full-time
Pay starting at: $16-18.00 per hour, plus commission
