What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Day Care Group Teacher position at Clyde-Savannah Central School District?
The Clyde-Savannah Central School District is currently looking for a Child Day Care Group Teacher for our Child Day Care Center.
- Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material
- Balance your teaching between logical and social exercises
- Provide basic care and caregiving activites
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing et) to enhance the child's abilities
Job Qualifications
Child Care Center Group Teacher Qualifications are as follows:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field OR
- Infant and Toddler Child Care and Education Credential; or
- Infant Toddler Child Development Associate Credential; or
- Other Office-recognized credential specific to the infant/toddler developmental period; OR
- Child Development Associate credential
- Each staff person and volunteer must complete a minimum of thirty (30) hours of training every two years.
- Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) Background Check with Fingerprints required
- Must have CPR and First Aid Certifications

Salary : $38,373 - $45,634
