Clyde's Animal Clinic in Mattoon, IL is looking for A CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 320 Buxton Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE
- Greet clients and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the clients may have
- Assist Clients in making appointments for their pets
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns clients may have
- Good communication skills with clients
- Able to work 30-38hrs per week
- Some Saturdays required
