- Assist customers, answer inquiries, and take payments
- Edit and invoice tickets
- Apply payments to customer accounts
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong interest in accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and other computer skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
