- Work on meaningful projects involving legal research, drafting, and analysis for real client matters.
- Join attorneys at depositions and other legal observational opportunities and take part in professional networking events.
- Build your skills through our legal training curriculum, which covers research, writing, negotiations, and practice-specific topics.

Ideal candidates are those interested in litigation and eager to begin their career at Clyde & Co in Phoenix, in addition to meeting the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a J.D. program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Proven academic and professional record
- Participation in law journal, moot court, leadership roles, or other extracurricular activities is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients and colleagues
- An inclusive mindset and openness to diverse perspectives
- Ability to commit to a minimum of nine weeks with the firm as a summer associate
