We build large-scale automation systems for airports, logistics hubs, and specialized theme park environments. Our projects are high-visibility, high-value, and require someone who can own communication, accountability, and outcome.

What You’ll Lead

Project Ownership

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams 
• Move projects from kickoff to completion with confidence and clarity
• Keep everyone aligned on scope, risks, and results

Schedules, Budgets & Results

• Build and maintain realistic project schedules 
• Track budgets, materials, and manpower across multiple sites
• Anticipate roadblocks and remove them before they slow the team down

Communication That Drives Action

• Deliver clean, accurate updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Prepare reporting, documentation, and funding/compliance requirements
• Make sure no one is guessing — everyone knows the plan

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior PMs and support staff
• Encourage collaboration across departments
• Celebrate wins, coach through challenges

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading complex capital projects — preferably in airport baggage handling, industrial automation, or highly technical environments
• A track record of delivering projects in 24/7, high-stakes operations where downtime is not an option
• Comfortable communicating with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and regulatory agencies when needed
• Calm problem-solver who can sort through complexity, make decisions, and keep people moving in the right direction
• Expert in project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and reporting tools
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise-level project management systems
• Professional presence — you represent CLX in meetings, walkthroughs, and executive briefings
• Ability to travel 20%–40% based on project phase and location
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
   

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
