Group Art Supervisor - Pharma

Role: Group Art Supervisor or ACD- pharmaceuticals

Location: Blue Bell, PA- hybrid

Salary: $120-150k DOE

Clutch is looking for an experienced Group Art Supervisor or ACD, Art for a pharmaceutical agency client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to brand standards in terms of typography, color, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop designs for digital, print, and video deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client's needs.
• Oversee design team, quality control, and timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality in design execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong design and team management skills required.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical (HCP/DTC) marketing or advertising agency required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch preferred!
• MUST have strong video experience, including video editing for consideration.
• Must be hands-on in execution.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising required.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant portfolio site required with pharmaceutical samples to share.
