Clutch is looking for an experienced Junior to Mid-Level Production Designer for a client of ours.

We are seeking a technically-minded designer who is passionate about the "how" of design. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the puzzle of high-volume digital production and has a deep interest in design systems. You will support the creative team by taking conceptual designs and turning them into polished, ready-to-deploy digital assets across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Digital Execution: Adapt and version creative concepts into various formats for social media, display ads, email templates, and web banners.
• Figma File Management: Work within established Figma libraries to build out pages, utilize components, and ensure all layouts are responsive and organized.
• Asset Preparation: Export and optimize imagery and graphics for digital use, ensuring high performance without sacrificing visual quality.
• Consistency & Precision: Diligently apply brand guidelines to every asset, maintaining strict adherence to typography, color palettes, and spacing rules.
• Collaboration & Handoff: Assist in the preparation of design specs for developers and participate in team reviews to ensure all technical requirements are met.
• Iteration & Maintenance: Support the ongoing maintenance of design systems and templates to keep creative workflows moving smoothly.
  
  

Qualifications

• Figma Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Figma, including experience with layers, styles, and basic component usage (familiarity with auto-layout is a major plus).
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional design or production experience, preferably in a digital-first environment.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) for asset creation and manipulation.
• Technical Mindset: A clear understanding of digital design basics, such as aspect ratios, file types (SVG, PNG, WebP), and grid systems.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Growth Mindset: A desire to learn complex design systems and a relentless focus on technical accuracy and precision.
