The Senior Operational Systems Manager is responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting Clune’s operational processes, tools, and standards to enhance consistency, efficiency, and project execution across the organization. Working closely with regional and corporate leadership, this role evaluates process effectiveness, gathers feedback from operational teams, and implements improvements that align with company priorities. The position ensures operational documentation, forms, templates, and guidance remain current, accessible, and clearly communicated to support adoption and operational clarity. Success in this role requires strong operational expertise, sound professional judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with leaders and project teams across the company.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrate working knowledge of construction project execution and operational workflows, applying this understanding to support process development and improvement.
- Apply experience supporting process improvement initiatives or operational standards, contributing to the development and refinement of company practices.
- Organize and maintain structured documentation and information systems, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, producing clear, concise, and professional communication tailored to the audience.
- Analyze information to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities, and develop practical, solution-oriented recommendations.
- Manage multiple priorities independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy with minimal supervision.
- Support alignment and consistency of operational processes across teams, collaborating with stakeholders to reinforce standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality in all work products.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to perform job responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
- Apply working knowledge of construction management platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), CMiC, Procore) to support operational processes. (Preferred)
- Apply working knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Phoenix PM) to support scheduling and reporting functions. (Preferred)
- Utilize document management or intranet platforms to store, manage, and distribute operational content. (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture or Engineering is preferred, but strong work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of construction industry experience with 5 years of experience specifically in commercial construction.
- Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.

Salary : $120,000 - $159,000
