Front Door Cashier / Wristbander – Club Rodeo Springfield
Club Rodeo is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Door Cashier / Wristbander to be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive. This position is responsible for greeting customers, checking IDs, collecting cover charges, applying the correct wristbands, and helping keep the front door moving smoothly during busy nightclub nights.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests as they enter Club Rodeo
Checking IDs and making sure every guest meets entry requirements
Collecting cover charges accurately
Applying the correct wristbands based on age, specials, and event rules
Explaining cover prices, specials, and basic club policies when needed
Working with security to keep the line moving safely and efficiently
Keeping the front door area organized and professional
Handling cash responsibly and accurately
Helping with guest questions in a friendly, confident way
Following all Club Rodeo policies for entry, IDs, wristbands, and age verification
Ideal candidate:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to guests
Dependable and on time
Pays close attention to detail
Can handle cash accurately
Stays calm under pressure during busy rushes
Can stand for long periods
Works well with security, management, and the rest of the team
Has a good attitude, even with difficult customers
Previous cashier, door, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
Schedule: Thursday (possibly), Friday, and Saturday nights
Location: Club Rodeo Springfield – 2032 W Bennett St, Springfield, MO
Must be available late nights and weekends.
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
