What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at ClubRodeo Springfield?
Club Rodeo is looking for a hardworking, fast-moving Barback to help keep our bars stocked, clean, and ready for a busy nightclub environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who can hustle, stay organized, and support the bartenders during high-volume nights.
Responsibilities include:
Keeping beer, liquor, mixers, cups, napkins, straws, fruit, ice, and supplies stocked throughout the night
Cleaning and resetting bar areas during and after service
Taking out trash and keeping work areas safe and clear
Helping bartenders move quickly and efficiently
Assisting with closing duties after the club shuts down
Jumping in wherever needed to keep the night running smoothly
Ideal candidate:
Works well under pressure
Can lift, carry, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Is dependable and shows up on time
Has a good attitude and works well with the team
Doesn’t mind late nights, loud music, and busy crowds
Previous bar or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
Schedule: Friday, and Saturday nights 6PM- 2:30AM (approximately)
Location: Club Rodeo Springfield – 2032 W Bennett St, Springfield, MO
Must be reliable and ready to work in a high-energy nightclub atmosphere.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
