Position Summary
The Associate Clinical Director provides clinical leadership across multiple school districts by overseeing the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of behavior analytic services. This role serves as a key member of the leadership team, supporting Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians while partnering with school administrators and district personnel to ensure exceptional service delivery.
The Associate Clinical Director is responsible for mentoring clinicians, maintaining clinical standards, supporting operational initiatives, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the ethical and professional standards of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position combines direct clinical oversight with leadership responsibilities and offers an opportunity to help shape the growth and success of Club Xcite's school-based programs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Clinical Supervisors, BCBAs, and Behavior Technicians.

Oversee clinical service delivery across multiple school districts to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.

Review, approve, and provide oversight of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and clinical documentation.

Monitor clinical outcomes through data analysis and quality assurance processes.

Mentor clinicians through regular supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.

Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff.

Collaborate with school administrators, district personnel, teachers, related service providers, and families to develop effective behavioral supports.

Participate in IEP meetings, manifestation determination meetings, district consultations, and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, district requirements, and Club Xcite policies.

Assist the Clinical Director with program development, strategic planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Support scheduling, caseload management, and resource allocation to maximize service quality and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for clinical innovation, staff training, and program enhancement.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, supervision records, and required reporting.
Required Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing.

Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing ABA services, with significant experience in school-based settings.

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing clinical staff.

Extensive knowledge of ABA principles, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and positive behavior support strategies.

Experience collaborating with public school districts and multidisciplinary educational teams.

Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple school districts, priorities, and clinical teams effectively.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between school districts.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multiple clinicians or regional clinical programs.

Experience with staff performance management, quality assurance, and program development.

CPI, Safety-Care, or other crisis prevention certification.

Experience supporting school districts through MTSS, PBIS, and special education consultation.

Strong knowledge of special education law, IDEA, and IEP processes.
