Administrative Coordinator
We are in search of an experienced Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our committed team.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical work to support our sales and recruitment teams.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients and travelers.
- Create and maintain reports using Excel.
- Understand how our business operates to ensure a proactive approach.
- Send reports and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze data.
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assume responsibility and work independently.
- Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
