Hours: School hours (8am - 2:30pm, Mon-Fri) 26-29hrs per week
Locations: School Sites in San Diego North County (San Marcos, Escondido, Vista, Del Mar, Oceanside, ect.)

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in educational settings. This role involves working directly with students—either one-on-one or in classroom environments—to implement behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors
- Ensure student safety and well-being
Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
