Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

You are at the top of your game in membership sales and management, and you should have the background and experience to prove it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be fitness minded and understand how to sell fitness memberships.

Set daily goals for yourself and surpass company expectations.

Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this

Must be proficient in selling fitness, multiple modalities and studio classes

Ensure that you can communicate studio concepts

Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events

Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same

Create a positive, safe teamwork environment

Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out

Eager to continue to learn about your profession and skill development.

Be timely well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Sales is encouraged but not required

Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends

Experience working with others and motivating a team

Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve

Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
