Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience in Personal Training

· Passion for health and fitness

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

· Certified Personal Trainer (Required)

· Ability to work evenings (approximately 40-44 hours/week)

· Experience managing and motivating a team

· Excellent organizational skills and quick problem-solving ability

· Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and also be self-motivated

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day

· Regular, reliable attendance
