Role Description

This role is designed with growth in mind: The Assistant Manager for Club Studio will support daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, and supporting gym sales and member engagement. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Club Manager on projects and ensure operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position

Hourly pay between $22-$25/hr commissions

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships and address member concerns effectively.
• Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all escalated member concerns within your club quickly and thoroughly.
• Team Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals while promoting services and products to members.
• Experience in Project Management to ensure smooth daily operations and support ongoing improvements.
• Passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of gym services and group fitness classes being a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.
