JOB DESCRIPTION: STUDIO COORDINATOR
The Club Studio coordinator is a dynamic individual with previous boutique fitness management and hiring experience. The ideal candidate can recruit, ramp-up and head continued development of our studio concepts. (Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Boxing.) You are ideally a master teacher at one of these modalities and are the face of Club Studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find, hire, and train top talent
- Assist in class schedules, playlists, and studio programming
- Energetic about member retention tasks and milestones
- Manages all studio concepts, trainers and studio operations
- Passionate about community outreach and planning in studio events
- Weekly meetings with the CSVP and Lead Trainers
- Teach top tier classes in your specialty
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years group teaching experience
- Can work full time, including weekends
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
- Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio

Pay: 65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
