Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential clients through outside sales initiatives, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new membership leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product demos and personalized consultations to showcase our fitness offerings, services, and programs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing members through effective account management and customer service.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns that increase lead generation and brand awareness in designated territories.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience through negotiation and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on business development or territory management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for upselling, and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
