The right candidate will be goal oriented and sales driven. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who wants to build a career in the fitness industry in fitness equipment sales. The location is in the Sacramento area.

Additional Duties:

• Growing Into Being Lead Salesman in any type of situation
• Able to achieve superior product knowledge.
• Ensuring that all store procedures are being performed properly and efficiently.
• Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team
• Establish objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Retail Store Manager Requirements:
