Club Pilates Nashua - General Manager (GM)

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years Membership sales or similar sales experience where monetary goals needed to be met
• Must have experience leading a team of employees
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Passionate about fitness

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of sales process, lead generation, follow up, and close
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff provides superior customer service
• Coordinate marketing activities
• Manage social media accounts for the studio and provide timely, effective posts
• Oversee member account changes – cancellations, freeze requests, etc.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions when needed
• Monthly equipment maintenance check (possibly in conjunction with the Instructor)
• Overseeing the Front Desk Sales Associates
• Support and manage the studio’s daily activities to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks
• Serve as a resource for general Pilates knowledge to all members and staff
• Train new sales associates and be a resource for the instructors as well
• Ensure the staff is complying with the studio (and Club Pilates) policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
