Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Associate to manage our membership sales and create the best environment for our members in the studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and grassroots marketing experience.
The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned in efforts to support the day to day operations of the studio..
1. SALES & MARKETING
a. Build relationships with potential members to inspire membership enrollment
b. Follow up on leads daily through calls, texts, or emails to secure membership or class bookings
c. Generate leads, ask for referrals, and support grassroots events
d. Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
e. Assist with the intro class sales process to enroll new members
f. Monitor Frozen and Pending Cancellations. Ensuring the highest level of retention.
g. Support execution aspects of marketing efforts in the community with grassroot events, flyering, cross partnerships, tabling at community events such as mat pilates/etc, and coordinating decorations for in studio events such as holidays.
2. SERVICE
a. Provide premium customer service, ensuring a 5 star experience
b. Foster a sense of community by building relationships and creating a welcoming
environment; making efforts to learn each members name.
c. Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
3. OPERATIONS
a. Assist with daily studio operations including opening and closing procedures
b. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment covering the front desk, retail area, bathroom, and workout space
c. Communicate supply and inventory needs to management; support inventory management procedures as directed by GM
d. Ensure studio policies are being adhered to by staff and members and escalate any issues as required to management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Projected Total Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
