Sales Manager
Location: Club Pilates Grand Oaks – Spring, TX
Club Pilates Grand Oaks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant General Manager (Sales Manager) to join our team. This full-time role is designed for someone ready to lead, inspire, and ultimately grow into a future General Manager.
The ideal candidate will lead and mentor our sales staff, and help foster a culture of health, wellness, and member-focused service. You must be a strong leader who is passionate about fitness, confident in sales, and eager to drive the studio’s continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team while fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase membership growth
- Manage and drive four key revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and community outreach
- Plan and execute marketing strategies—including social media and email campaigns—to attract new members
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure exceptional member experience, organization, and cleanliness
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing sales associates and support staff
- Uphold a high level of customer service while representing the Club Pilates brand with professionalism
- Some evening and weekend availability required (studio operates 7 days a week)
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, or service industries)
- At least 2 years of leadership or team-management experience required
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others live well
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and able to work well with staff, members, and the public
- Comfortable using computers and studio management software
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation based on experience with a target range of $20 - $25/hr
